  4. I send you (generally 1 week after I receive all required assets) your completed video audit, website hierarchy recommendation, and page outlines.

“How quick can you get the goods into my hands, Nicole?” and other FAQs

  • The total turnaround time will depend on my current project bookings. That said, you can generally expect to have your audit and website recommendations in hand roughly 1 week from the start date that we agree upon.

    As to booking in advance, you sure can! My schedule can book out fast depending on the season, and I have clients do this all the time as I generally promise to send the audit your way within one week of having your copy in my hands. (And with this extra advance notice, I may be able to get it to you even more quickly.)

    When you fill out your interest form, just make sure to mention any deadlines or ideal start dates you want me to be aware of.

  • I may be a little biased…but I do honestly believe these audits are great for anyone — whether a solopreneur or a head of a small team — who has a awesome product or service on the table and wants a handful of actionable, easy-to-implement recommendations that capture that awesomeness. And that makes their website copy stronger, clearer, and more compelling to their audience.

    That said, I do ask that individuals seeking feedback on websites in the following industries or lines of work search elsewhere, as I will have to decline and provide a refund otherwise: pharmaceuticals, the diet industry, fast fashion or other world-destroying brands, oil/gas (duh), finance (though this varies, slightly – a website from a money coach would be welcome, but companies getting paid commission to sell stocks are not), MLMs … as well as anyone who runs a business that relies on aggressive or predatory sales techniques, or anyone who has a product/service that simply doesn’t hold up to the light.

  • Happy to do so! Generally, this price for website copy applies to 1 long-form sales page or one 5- or 6-email campaign. Just please do make note of this in the interest form you fill out to get started.

  • That’s up to you! I do make a point to keep my audits and outlines as detailed and actionable as possible, meaning you can take it and run with it and implement it in your own time. (Plus, you’ll also get a post-audit strategy call to help you work through some of that.)

    That said, if you would like to continue working together and move forward with a larger copywriting and/or messaging strategy package, the price you’ve paid for the audit would be deducted from the new project cost.
